We’ve entered a new phase of Swarm deployment. MatrixSwarm’s internal vault and agent infrastructure just got its biggest upgrade yet. With the introduction of the new Phoenix Cockpit, we're putting encrypted swarm control directly into your hands — secure, modular, and built for command-grade performance.

Phoenix Highlights:

Full GUI vault creation and unlock

Zero-trust encryption using Fernet + password-derived keys

Paired .json and .key.enc files, auto-managed

KISS-compliant interface — no clutter, just firepower

Modular vault subsystem moved under modules/vault/

Support for embedded certs, swarm directives, and live agent injection

Vaults are now deployable, portable, and cert-injectable.

Coming next:

Inject signed directives using --clown-car and --hash-bang directly from the GUI

Module-driven swarm deployment

Embedded cert chains and swarm-wide identity validation

Command Tip:
From inside Phoenix, create or unlock your vault. All other controls unlock securely once validated. The briefcase is live. The agents are listening.

Stay modular. Stay encrypted.
